    Staff were pleasant with us from the start at Audi Solihull. Smiley and welcoming.
    My Father has social anxiety challenges and so we requested to visit the showroom prior to our motability appointment just to scope the place out for him. It was important to let my Father know of the layout and what to expect on the day. This was not a problem with Raj the motability specialist.
    Raj was very down to earth, non judgemental, professional and talked us through the full process clearly. Top tier customer service. It was a fantastic surprise to see the car covered on collection and unveil the cloth. Please keep this feature, it will make somebody's day. Thankyou for taking the time to go through the myaudi app and connect us to it. We are very happy with the car, service and experience.

    The gentleman explained everything i needed to know, set up my phone to the car. Car was more than what I expected. Handover was smooth and I was very happy with the member of staff who dealt with me.
