    Wow, I don’t know where to start.. amazing service from start to finish and after-care. HAs already started. You can’t ask for a better team for advice, support, guidance, compassion, empathy, and professionalism.
    I highly recommend anybody to go to Toyota, Lexus Solihull Shirley. From the moment I walked in. They helped me understand what I needed, if they can help me with my requirements and helped me be confident in choosing the right car for myself and my disability. No time pressure and no question was stupid. On collecting the car they made me feel like I mattered. Mazg and Patrick made the experience effortless they even included my little girl, making her feel welcome, which relieved my own anxiety and made the experience even more memorable. Staff weren’t aware of her own disability, which stood out to me that they were caring of the whole family. My little lady also commented on how she really enjoyed going to collect the car. Living with my own disability and my daughters can be challenging as our disabilities are invisible /non-visible to the eye.
    I will definitely be recommending and returning as a customer to them. If I could give them 10+ stars, I would. In my experience, I have never been to the showroom with such fantastic members of staff who know the cars and up-to-date and all knowledge. They are for personal experiences of cars and are extremely approachable. The manager was also amazing, very kind and welcoming.

    Lack of communication. Left several messages for a call back and got no response. Took over 3 weeks from my car arriving at the dealership for me to be able to collect it. Car handover was very poor. This was my worst experience of getting a new car from ordering to collecting. Wouldn’t recommend and be very reluctant to use them again.

    My only problem was test driving Lexus 250H and being told I don’t get this equipment on a motability version of the car ???
