    Excellent experience. I dealt with Mark Jones, Motability Specialist at Stoneacre Renault. He didn’t rush me into making a decision about the car. I went to that dealership as I was interested in the Kia Sportage but fell in love with the Renault Arkana. Mark answered all my questions and also took me to look at the Sportage before I made my final decision.
    On the day of collection, everything went smoothly. We dealt with all the paperwork and Mark explained all the technology and controls. I drove away feeling totally pleased with the service I had received.
