    Very pleasant experience, friendly agent Aiden explained everything we needed to know. And recommended the best deal for our needs. Very quick turnaround, was expecting a wait, but car was available within a week of visiting showroom.

    Having dealt with one of the service staff at Stoneacre Peugeot in Stafford (I believe her name is Tina) I was delighted to find that she had moved to Stoneacre Renault. She always manages to make me feel special as she is so kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble and she kept me up to date with what was going on with my car service. I had decided to wait for my car as it was easier than having to have a courtesy car and Tina made sure that I was happy with the treatment received from the staff there. I can’t fault the staff and the way they treat me, taking into consideration that I am disabled and my car is a Motabilty vehicle.
    I would always recommend Stoneacre Renault Stafford for their excellent customer service. Many thanks

    The test drive and ordering process was enjoyable and simple. I was impressed by how quickly things were sorted.
    My only criticism is we had to make all the conversation with the Salesman, it would have been nice for the conversation to flow easier and not have to make all the effort.

    As training was taking place virtually on his IPad we did need to wait for a representative to help us. At no point were we offered a drink. It wasn’t the greatest experience in all honesty. The manager in the office was also very angry due to someone on the phone who was obviously cheesed off and having a go at him. An awkward situation to be fair. However they are our nearest dealership, which is literally the only reason I used them.
