Went through all the tech specs of the car, helped me figure out how to drive an automatic EV with patience. Answered all my questions too. It was very kind of him to fetch us from our doorstep and take us to the dealership to sign the paperwork as well. Has also assured us that if there's any questions about the vehicle to contact him at the dealership. We received videos of the vehicle before we collected it, and a follow up video afterwards too which was cool! We went through the pairing of my phone to the vehicles computer and went through all of its functions. We were kept updated at all stages and even received videos from Jon who was an absolute gent and made us feel we were the best customers ever. From the day we ordered and the day we picked up Jon kept us in the loop and went way beyond the extra mile. The service was outstanding we will highly recommend it to all our family and friends. Jon made the whole process so painless attending to every question and issue big or small. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We just hope he is still there when we change cars In 3 years. From the moment we walked it to the show room we were treated with respect. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the car we were invested in. He arranged same day test drive.
