    Appointment was booked and obliged with no hassle with Westway. A thorough run through and breakdown of upgrading our vehicle choices was led by the oppointed representative. Collection of our vehicle was met 2 months earlier than anticipated. I am really appreciative of the polite professionalism that was met by Westways representatives. I feel prioritised as a customer.I would like to give a special mention to the representative Chris who did the handover of the vehicle. Chris didn't make me feel undermined with questions reguarding the working of the vehicle as I am new to automatic driving. He was thorough and explained the working of the vehicle to ensure I was safely competent in driving the vehicle. Every question was explained thoroughly calmly and without rushing. I cannot thank Chris enough for this as I was feeling anxious being new to automatic driving, I left Westway thoroughly competent in driving the vehicle. Including with automatic driving explanation all engine maintenance checks wer shown to me i.e oil water screen wash, integrated emergency call, seat maneuvering and led monitor was covered. Thankyou so much to Chris I feel I can pick up The phone anytime if there are any problems or anything I need to ask, definitely a man that has your customers best interest at heart. As a previous owner of a nissan vehicle it's lovely to experience the continued high level of customer service that we first experienced. Thankyou.
