We did a safety recall in September last year, and other than the MOT our service team carried out on Wednesday 20th, we have never had your Kuga in for any other repairs. We are aware that you mentioned a USB fault when bringing your car in on Wednesday, for your waiting MOT appointment., Upon mentioning this our service team did tell you that we would need to book the car in for a diagnosis and provide you with a replacement car whilst we looked into it.
