    My experience with the entire process of choosing a car, being given options, filling out the online information and buying/collecting the car was 10/10.

    Jack from Mazda, Tamworth, was brilliant from the start right to the end of the process.

    I was kept informed on all updates regarding the car and all of the paperwork required etc.

    Jack made the entire process a breeze and such a positive experience and I will definitely be staying with Mazda for further vehicles because of this and I would definitely recommend Mazda, Motability and Jack to anybody!

Because I walked in Mazda from Coventry nobody even got out of their seat to ask me what I wanted they could not be bothered so that's the reason why I went to Johnsons Mazda from Tamworth

    Worst experience, Mazda ruined the whole experience of going to get our new car, in total we were waiting in the dealership four and a half hours because of an administrative error on Mazdas side.
