    An hour before collection of car, got a call from dealer, regarding an update of the grant money to be given for the new adaptations, so I had to chase it up before going to collect my car.

    I asked Daniel, when I come to collect car, as I can't use my hoist yet, I will not be able to come into the showroom, without my wheelchair, so could we go through the paperwork while sitting in the car, that was helpful.

    Daniel explained everything properly and at a good pace. Good experience
