    Completely uninterested in the problem I have with the vehicle. The worst service experience I have had at a BMW dealer.

    Poor experience due to no courtesy cars available on the day I had my MOT, even when this was booked amonth in advance, despite me being disabled and my car being a motability car. Please can the management get some more courtesy cars for disabled people.

    Difficulty booking. Took 3 attempts. Spoke to someone twice to try to book, was told someone would ring me back. They didn’t. When I rang for the third time, I spoke to someone and booked. This took over 1 week.
