We have fully trained Motability specialists on hand to ensure that your experience from order to delivery runs smoothly and meets your needs. They can answer any questions you may have around the Motability Scheme and our current offers.

When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.

We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

    An absolutley seamless experience! The sales executive James Greenhow at Allen Ford Rugby was absolutely faultless.
    His customer care was fantastic and he didn't make me feel any less important because I am a Motability customer.
    I visited another manufacturer dealership before visiting Allen Ford and the salesman couldn't have been any less interested.
    James was extremley knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his job, and answered every question I had, helping me find the best car to suit my needs and my budget. James is an absolute credit to Allen Ford and the Motability scheme. I couldn't be happier!!

    Very courteous helpful and understanding. They provide excellent service and information regarding the services they perform. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Only gripe that I have is they don't take cash, but on their website or paperwork there's no mention of this. Also the invoice they provide says Cash Sales Invoice, Very confusing as they are cashless.
