We have fully trained Motability specialists on hand to ensure that your experience from order to delivery runs smoothly and meets your needs. They can answer any questions you may have around the Motability Scheme and our current offers.

When discussing your requirements, the team will listen to why you need the car and what you need it to be able to do before showing you around the most suitable car. Once you have a car of interest, they will arrange an unaccompanied test drive to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.

We also offer video appointments if you’re not comfortable visiting us in person and we will do all that we can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times.

    Really annoying that the service department did not realise my car was on the motability scheme. The service guy got quite argumentative with me when I said surely you know from the cars registration number, but apparently not! He said the sales department is completely different from the service department 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Part 2
    I called in to collect my new Ford focus estate ST -Line today which I have been looking forward to I can honestly say that the service has been great from the start to the end I was kept upto date at all times with the situation with the car arriving at the dealership.
    Glen and Foster were aware that I needed the car in time for my holiday snd did everything to make that happen.
    It was arranged with Foster that he would arrange the hand over at 10.:00am on 11/6/2024
    That happened and Foster went through everything needed for the hand over and was an asset to Ford his professionalism was second to none I could not fault anything . The only disappointment was the car came out of velvet department then it rained. I can’t blame Foster for the weather.
    Thank You Foster for finally sealing the deal.
