Had me car form 8:30 for an oil topping up and air needed in one tyre
Took all day to complete
Had to chase them twice for update one at 3pm and again at 5:15 to be told it was completed at 5pm and I could collect anytime up to 5:45 leaving me 30 mins to book a taxi and collect my vehicle in time as I needed it the same evening … shocking communication skills
