We are aware you were unhappy with our value for your part exchange so are we correct that this is the reason you felt it was a bad experience? If so, we aim to offer a fair and transparent value based on the vehicle's condition, factors like the lack of service history, a single key, and the warning light affected the valuation. We even suggested alternative options and offered to assist with transportation to make the process more convenient for you, which is a service we don't normally provide but were happy to offer. We can only apologise that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
