The Motability Scheme offers simple, all-inclusive leasing to anyone receiving a qualifying mobility allowance. You simply use your allowance to lease a brand new car from a huge choice of makes and models. You can have up to three named drivers (this doesn't have to be you) and the price of every lease includes insurance, breakdown and maintenance.

- Rating 1.0Sep 25, 2024Had some faults and they weren't all repaired and now have to rebook it in for repair. Also the service desk gentleman gave us attitude. They called us and asked if they could put £30 fuel in as there wasnt many miles left, which we agreed to. The following day phoned for an update and when I gave my name he did an exasperated sigh. Told us what they had left to do, asked why £30 to just do a test run and he said because we need to keep it running while we're doing checks on it. They told us the following day it was fine and could collect it so we did. Soon as we got off the forecourt the car was doing all the things we had sent it in with in the first place. I called back and spoke to the same man and he blamed us for them not doing a test run because of lack of fuel. I said we agree to some being put in, then he said we'll it sounded fine and next time we send it in to put more fuel in.
