- Rating 4.0Feb 27, 2024We visited Skoda Bradford 3 times in our deliberations prior to and the actual ordering of our next Motability vehicle - in all instances the staff were courteous and helpful. The only small problem experienced with the ordering process was with a glitch with Skoda's internal IT system, which wouldn't allow the selection of our preferred model, and which required that model's unique identifier code to be retrieved from the Motability site and entered instead of the simple selection from the drop-down list. Everything else was smooth.
