She made the experience incredibly easy and was exceptionally friendly, kind, and always smiling. Despite us arriving a bit late due to traffic on our first visit (traveling from Manchester to Bradford), Charlotte welcomed us warmly and managed everything efficiently.
When we returned the following week to collect the car, her professionalism and friendliness were consistent. She treated us with exceptional kindness and made the whole experience truly enjoyable.
