    Improved a little from last year. I don't appreciate that I keep getting calls from them saying my service is overdue a few days after the service has been done. At least they cleaned the car this year on returning it..

    They do not listen. They ask you what needs doing when you book in over the phone besides your mot. When the car comes back they look at nothing and when you enquire about this you get so many different excuses. They think you are a fool.

    It was ok apart from me authorising two new front tyres as 1 was illegal and the other was 70% worn, they then sent an email with the prices on for the two tyres but when I got home I realised they had only put 1 new tyre on. I know it was only 70% worn but to me you would have thought they would have changed them both, I expect they would have done if I had been paying the bill. Apart from that it was fine.

    Absolutely superb service from the start of the application to receiving my vehicle . Mobility Scheme is a wonderful charity that gives me some independence back that then allows me to enjoy life much more .     Nas was absolutely fantastic. He was very enthusiastic & he spent time showing us all the controls, gadgets & safety features on the car. He even came on a drive with us to instruct & make sure I understood how to use the adaptive cruise control which I greatly appreciated. The Best handover I have ever experienced. Thank you.
