- Rating 3.0Sep 5, 2023Job was done and collected and returned. I was told I would be contacted via telephone an hour before they were coming to get the car and also call me before returning to discuss the repair (I called them asking for info and was told they would call me. They didn’t)
The car was returned, I guess there is no physical paperwork anymore but the video from mechanic was great. The screen wash back and front working perfectly.
This is my second time having my car done here and also the second time it was neither washed outside or cleaned inside as it says it will be.
Disappointing that for the second year running I’ve not received the valet supposedly part of the service.
