We took our son who is autistic with ADHD and has multiple health related issues and Louis was so understanding that he gave a room to ourselves and bought drinks for of us.
He was even having a very friendly chat with our son and both got along really well. He showed us the car on there system and explained everything and then placed order for a car.
My cousin bought he’s M3 from Sandal BMW Wakefield and always recommended me to buy from here.
Once again thank you Louis Cosgrave for being very patient with our son and taking care of him.
