- Rating 1.0Aug 4, 2022Worst customer experience. They kept our car for 3 full days, no updates provided unless i chased them, when I chased was given lame and false information/excuses each time. The software issue hasn't been resolved although paperwork is sowing they've charged for the update . They told me there were technical issues but they soon seemed to resolve said issues when I refused to leave the dealership until the car was returned to myself. No compassion from them even though they were aware I needed the car to allow daughter to leave the house (hence a motability vehicle).
