    Whilst the service was good and keeping me updated on progress.
    I’m sure on the checkin documents it said the car would be cleaned and hovered. This never happened

    Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff, made applying and getting a car so easy.i called in Thursday afternoon has a chat with the manager who showed me cars that suited my needs, I then had a coffee and met Chantelle a new member of the motability team who was very polite and friendly and went through all the paperwork with me answering any questions I had, 5 days later I went to pick the car up, Chantelle did the rest of the paperwork with me and also spent quite a bit of time showing me how the infotainment system worked.So all in all a very easy transaction thanks to the knowledgeable and easy going staff, I wasn't rushed and most importantly no pushy salesmen, would I recommend Stoneacre for motobily,yes without a doubt
