    Aidan the motability man was very efficient pleasant and helpful talked me through all the controls in the car also uploaded my phone to the car and helped me download the Renault app to my phone as well and told me any problems just to phone him

    Crap. It's been rebooked for the diagnostics which sould have been done at the same time. There excuse was lack of staff. This issue needs a lot of attention. They want the car for the hole day. Not God enough.i now car it doesn't take all day to do wot they have to do. Appalling.

    Absolutely over the moon my car was picked up on time I was informed of the progress and time my car would be back to me it was washed nice and clean and the service manager was great to 5 star service.
