    Crap. It's been rebooked for the diagnostics which sould have been done at the same time. There excuse was lack of staff. This issue needs a lot of attention. They want the car for the hole day. Not God enough.i now car it doesn't take all day to do wot they have to do. Appalling.

    Absolutely over the moon my car was picked up on time I was informed of the progress and time my car would be back to me it was washed nice and clean and the service manager was great to 5 star service.

    Was good but a bit uncertain about when I asked about private number plates if they do everything involved with changing them to new car

    Check report says fluid levels ok in washer can’t see how as it’s still empty, They were notified of a fault on dashboard saying outside noise failure again this hasn’t been done and still showing on dashboard clearly they’ve not thought about doing the software update or at least look into why it’s doing this!
