    When I booked my car in the lady was very friendly on the phone. When I arrived to drop the car off the parking was chaotic. I had to leave my car in a hatched area so I had space to get out (due to my disability I have to open my door fully) there were no disabled bays at all (when I say there were none, I don't mean available, I mean there weren't any) I asked a employee if there was anywhere else and he replied 'no idea, I don't think so, it'll be ok there' so I left it. I went to give my keys into the service desk and highlighted the issue. I was told 'nothing I can do about that it's a dealership issue' I felt that was very dismissive. I was further told that when the building 'next door' had become occupied (maybe by the builders as it didn't appear to be occupied) they had taken the disabled bays and fenced them off. As a mobility dealership I find it astounding that they don't have adequate parking facilities. The lady who called to say my car was ready was friendly and polite. When I went to pick my car up I found it had been blocked in by a van but thankfully there wasn't a car parked next to mine so I could easily get into mine and once the van driver was located I could leave. This experience was no real suprise to me as when I ordered the car it wasn't a great experience
