The test drive was spot on and allowed me to enjoy the cars handling capabilities, the managers gave me £500 of extras as a new customer to BMW Mini which was great so not only did i get a decent spec i got some nice extras too which made the car more appealing to my personal tastes. I was expecting BMW to be snobby yet none of them were at all, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Though its many thanks to Jack and Laura as to why im enjoying a Mini Cooper. I was dropped from the dealership when i ordered the car as i gave them my astra h for free with 10 months mot, and then on collection day i was picked up from my home by a driver, the hand over of the car was beyond my expectations, ive never had a car wrapped up with a bow on top before it was awesome felt like a famous person. I was informed how things were proceeding with my vehicle, and I had reassurance that Marshall Mini Grimsby had everything in hand.
The day finally arrived for handover, I was so excited and both my husband and I were taken into the showroom and offerred comfortable seating so that all final details could be completed by Jordan. He has shown kindness and understanding throughout, and I was informed should I encounter any problems no matter how small, I could contact him direct or any member of the team.
100% would recommend Jordan and his superiors !
