The Motability Scheme offers simple, all-inclusive leasing to anyone receiving a qualifying mobility allowance. You simply use your allowance to lease a brand new car from a huge choice of makes and models. - Rating 5.0Jul 20, 2023From first walking into the showroom to look at the Kuga car model recommend by Motability both Zubair and Jess have been professional, approachable, knowledgeable and patient with me. When I ordered the car Zubair thoroughly explained the process to me, and the next steps for delivery.
Yesterday, when I collected the car, one of the receptionists immediately asked me if I wanted a drink whilst waiting for Jess, which was very kind of her. Subsequently, when meeting with Jess, who went through all the paperwork with me. In the car, Jess took the time to explain everything to me, and she was very helpful and patient with me. Jess even connected my mobile and helped me upload the FordPass App. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stoneacre Ford, Halifax to my friends. Overall, great customer service throughout the process, and I’m delighted with the car. I was invited to look around the car whilst the Motability dealer was busy with another customer.
I was attended to quickly and Zubair, the representative, remembered me from a previous visit. Despite being very busy with a handover, I was impressed by how he kept me informed about the estimated time it would take to support his previous customer.
Once I was able to meet with Zubair, he was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the Motability scheme.
I was taken on a test drive and some features of the car were explained to me.
There was no pressure to make a decision and I was able to take the time to make the decision that was most suitable for me.
Following my visit, Zubair has been in contact with me to ensure that everything is correct and completed.
