    They said they would drop it back to me if I could get it dropped off
    And they also said they would give it a wash and valet and again never did

    whichI didn't know much about the scheme. Rich noticed I was disabled but driving my own car which was far too small for my needs. So he explained everything to me.

    When my car wore out all I did was ring up and I was straight in to look at the cars and decide which one I liked.

    Rich was very patient as I find things hard to take in, he was helpful too, aiding me getting about with my walking aids. He made sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable the whole time.

    He was very knowledgeable and explained so much about the scheme. He was diligent, caring, considerative and put me at ease.

    He went above and beyond, collecting me from my home so that I could collect the car. As well as advising me on how to scrap my old one as I had no idea what to do with it. He also set up my phone with the car, showed me what all the buttons did, and patiently let me write it all down.

    I just turned up 4 days after choosing my car and drove it away. Feeling confident I knew everything about the scheme and all the features of the car.

    He made getting a new car completely stress free!
