When I ordered the car Zubair thoroughly explained the process to me, and the next steps for delivery.
Yesterday, when I collected the car, one of the receptionists immediately asked me if I wanted a drink whilst waiting for Jess, which was very kind of her. Subsequently, when meeting with Jess, who went through all the paperwork with me. In the car, Jess took the time to explain everything to me, and she was very helpful and patient with me. Jess even connected my mobile and helped me upload the FordPass App. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stoneacre Ford, Halifax to my friends. Overall, great customer service throughout the process, and I’m delighted with the car.
