    Excellent customer service.

    I would like to give some very good feedback to this particular Ford dealership in Harrogate.

    I had a very bad experience with Polar Ford in Bradford (where I currently live), I went to this dealership and had a look at what was available.

    I chose a vehicle and we did the paperwork, the vehicle was currently en route to the Southampton UK import docks, this was set to take around 3 to 4 weeks.

    The problems with Polar Ford started after 4 weeks, they told me the car has been allocated to someone else.

    I cancelled my order and went looking for another dealer.

    We spoke to Marcus at Stoneacre Ford, Harrogate.

    He was wonderful, within 24hrs he had sources a car, already in the UK.

    We went down to the Harrogate dealership, we did the paperwork on the Monday, the car was transferred to Harrogate and we collected it on the following Saturday.

    All I can say is a massive thankyou to Marcus Hewlett at Stoneacre Ford, Harrogate.

    Excellent caring service provided by Alfie , nothing was to much trouble and the car we have is absolutely perfect for our family,looking forward to many happy miles in our new Ford , would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again ,sometime in the future to change my husbands car

    Truly woeful. It isn't just that over 3 weeks after taking my deposit, and details they still hadn't ordered the car. Its the complete lack of any kind of customer service. Details needed they already had, "oh yeah soz!" More details needed again already in their possession, no apologies, cursory dimissives by way of explanation.
    I am left with the distinct impression that as motability customers we are inconvenient at best. Undesirable at worst.
