    I had requested a courtesy car yet there was not one available. I explained if left work early to drop it off and they then squeezed my car in and serviced it while I waited !!

    The Motability person was very approachable and professional when we first visited the garage.     Really happy kind man is John but car had no mats which is a shame. Apart from that VW were lovely with my disabled daughter who wanted to sit in one of the showroom cars for ages.
