    Two hour wait turned into three and half. Good job my disable son wasn't alone. Not even a drink no clean cups uncomfortable seats

    Litterally 10 put of 10. Jan was absolutely amazing.. she helped us from the minute we walked in.
    Thr new setup of vw is abit weird but thr customer service of Jan was great so couldn't fault anything else.
