    I can't thank Jan enough for sorting my Motability car out
    I was so nervous as I've never taken my current vehicle to be returned and collected a new one before so I had no clue what was going to happen
    I left my assistance dog @loveheartpuppywillow at home so my anxiety was through the roof but I didn't want to bring her when I was nervous as she would mirror my nervousness
    I decided to come with my husband to collect my car

    Jan has been a star throughout this process
    I'm so scatty with digital forms I'd forgotten to sign them in advance but she had a paper form ready for me

    Everything was such a fabulous process she guided me through all the details of the car controls and the media dashboard and sorted out the phone app for me

    My roof bars weren't ready but she's on the ball and got me a great deal for the cleaning extras and roof bars
    Jan made the entire experience stress free and instantly calmed my nerves and anxiety the moment we arrived in the dealership

    I typed in the PIN code with her and she drove the car onto the forecourt for us to be able to drive away
    We need to buy some phone wires that work with the car and seat covers to protect it from my assistance dogs claws before we can have her in the car but I can't wait to use it

    I'm completely in love with the car I've named her Dory
    The best thing is I'm not in pain when getting in or out of the car which is a first for me
    I'd certainly recommend getting your vehicle from vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield and seeing Jan
    It was a fast stress free experience everyone was so friendly and helpful offering any advice needed to just phone them

    I have only awarded you 3 stars as Jamal customer service was excellent. I have had 3 VW Tiguan from yourself, and with each one there’s been a problem in one way or another, from all breaks locking whilst on the drive to dents on a new car when delivered, which you tried to tell me I was imaginings. It’s not the fact that there was a problem, it was that attitude and denial by the dealership that there was a problem, further to this being kept waiting, beyond what is considered a reasonable length of time when waiting for a mot or service. My car is due replacement in September but as much as I love the car I will not be using your dealership again
