    I had requested a courtesy car yet there was not one available. I explained if left work early to drop it off and they then squeezed my car in and serviced it while I waited !!

    The Motability person was very approachable and professional when we first visited the garage. He answered all our questions and he explained everything in a way that made us feel comfortable that we chose the right car for us and when we picked our car up he took us through everything making sure we knew that we can contact him personally if we get a problem or forget anything.

    Really happy kind man is John but car had no mats which is a shame. Apart from that VW were lovely with my disabled daughter who wanted to sit in one of the showroom cars for ages.
