    Picked up my New Motability car on Friday 30th January 2026 from Neil at RN Golden. I had arranged the time and Neil had all the paperwork ready and waiting except for the signage ones. Neil has now been taking care of me and my new Motability cars for 9 years and has always been on top of his game. His admin is top notch; and when he shows you around your new car, explains carefully all the different buttons and switches so that you know where everything is when you get in. He will even connect your bluetooth to your new car. I have given him 5 stars because he is amazing. Thank you Neil once again. Loving the driving!!
