    Very good. Jade wasn’t pushy or intrusive. Gave full information came up with options and gave space to think. I went on site to another manufacturer to discuss options Jade didn’t pressure and Kia still had the best option. Would recommend to anyone.

    I would highly recommend Jade Sheldon as the Mobility Expert to see when purchasing a car from Kia, Evans Halshaw, Priory Park, Hull.
    Jade made me feel welcome, she was well presented, informative, professional and polite.
    Jade organised me a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in. When I completed the test drive and decided that it was the car I wanted she helped me pick a colour and model I liked.
    When the order was put in she advised me when the due date may be. She kept me informed as to the progress of the manufacturing of said car.
    When car arrived at dealership rang me to organise a pick up date that was convenient.
    Due to transport issues on the day of collection I arrived an hr early and Jade went out of her way to ensure I was seen as quickly as possible. While I was waiting I was shown to a pleasant waiting area with free tea and coffee and a television to watch.
    On inspection of the vehicle it was missing a tire inflation kit and Jade soon sorted out the problem and found a replacement.
    Jade then helped me fill in the relevant paperwork on acceptance of the car.
    Jade then sat in the car with me and explain what all the switches and buttons do.
    She had put petrol in the car for me and explained the car would let me know when service is due rather than a letter been sent out from the dealership.
    She said if any issues don’t hesitate to contact the dealership for assistance.
    The only thing I feel was missing (and only because I got these from another dealership, previous car) was a bunch of flowers, a wallet to keep service books in, dealer ship key fob and business card.
    Other than that it was a great experience and would gladly recommend any one looking for a KIA car on Mobility to use this dealership and ask for JADE SHELDON to help you out.
