    Phone lines terrible no one answers one day rang non stop for 7 minutes no one picked up shame but otherwise would have left 5 stars. Jon was very knowledgeable and helpful and now happy to have my car today but please invest in a receptionist or an answering machine your missing business by not getting these calls just my opinion thank you

    I can't express how easy and painless Rachel made the process of getting our car, from start to finish. All our questions were answered.
    When we went in to choose our vehicle Rachel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and allowed us time to look around the vehicles. Also, allowing us time to discuss between ourselves, whilst being on hand to answer questions.

    Rachel made the ordering process very easy and explained the paperwork throughly.

    When our vehicle had started to be made we received a telephone call to keep us up-to-date. From this date the whole process happened very fast. We were kept informed along the way.

    When we went in to pick up our new vehicle Rachel was there to go through the paperwork and show us all the important features EG the handbrake etc. And give us some tips. Again very knowledgeable.

    Rachel has made our experience very pleasurable and stress free. Thank you again Rachel and KIA
