    Very prompt and helpful. Car finished 4 hours later, mind you it was just an oil service, they plant a tree instead of valeting it.

    - 1 hour delay.
    -I was seated by the door that repeatedly kept opening and wind was blowing at me for the duration of 3 hours.
    -Parked my car in a tight spot after the service was done and a passerby had to help me.

    Too many surveys, asked in three different ways to give feedback including phone call. I'm a carer of a child with very complex needs currently in mental health crisis and this feels very intrusive. Would like chance to opt out of videos being sent re service and just receive a call when the car is ready
