    For the first time mixed reviews. One man whose name I don’t have was rude and awkward regarding a possible courtesy car when my car failed its MOT on a Friday. He lied about the car left outside our house when my car was collected. He stated it would be there all weekend as nobody was free to collect it yet an hour later I looked out and it was gone. Yet he had said nobody was free to come to our house.
    Jason however when I was finally passed over to him, even that was a fight as the first man didn’t want to pass me over, was extremely polite and helpful. He enabled us to solve the issue.

    Although the service for car was good I wasn't happy that my car was the first car booked in that day . I arrived before any other customer had but other cars was seen before mine. This also happened the on the previous service. Are motability customers not as valued as paying customers.

    Utter rubbish!! The vehicle travelled 19 miles before the engine warning light came on again and the vehicle went into ‘limp mode’.
    The mechanics clearly don’t know what they are doing and I had it from the Service Manager that they just turned the warning light off thinking it was a electrical issue without actually exploring the issue highlighted on the Ford App.
    The mechanics are very smarmy and one individual, tall, skinny with a beard was laughing at me whilst I was waiting.
    Not happy at all!! I am currently sat in the garage whilst writing this. Been here for two hours!!
