    I came in and saw Adi who assisted me with the purchase of my new Nissan Qashqai e-power.

    This is my first Hybrid and I feel really comfortable with how the powertrain works and the benefits that come with it.

    Adi went through all the controls and features in real depth to make sure I understood everything the servicing has been impeccable and he kept me updated through the process.

    Very down to earth, kind, caring very professional and will not hesitate to get my next car from him very highly recommended.

    Nissan has the best sales advisor working for them and I hope he is rewarded for his outstanding contribution to customers like myself.

    him as long as they can!!!!!

    I am extremely grateful to Adil from Lookers Nissan for all his help and support through our first communication, where he introduced himself to me following my initial inquiry, to then making a face to face appointment after he assessed my needs and then to ordering my chosen car which is a Nissan Qashqai Tekna model epower and then to purchasing and prepping it for handover! Adi consistently went above and beyond to ensure my health needs were thoroughly thought of and taken care of. His conscientious attitude and highly efficient manner is so appreciated and nothing was overlooked. As a first time driver, with a few ongoing chronic health concerns, I had been nervous about remembering everything and even the process of being shown other suitable model options and giving me enough information to make an informed decision was highly appreciated, because I was then able to compare the pros and cons of each vehicle and Adi broke down what each difference in upgrade would be, whilst providing me good value for my money throughout. He ensured he took as long as I required, without making me feel nervous or rushed as I was not so well upon collection, so he went through each car function and adaptability for any other drivers I have and was willing for me to record his explanation or even willing for me to visit the showroom at a later date if I found I was struggling whilst driving. I believe Adil deserves to be recognised as annual salesman of the year which I noticed he was recognised as quarterly salesman of the yeah, from others customers who received the same level of treatment by him. He truly deserves to be promoted and given a bonus, as often during the ordering process he had to relay information regarding my chosen colour on to me or notifying me of the dates of any adaptations required and my final collection date Adi worked whilst unwell and I could hear how ill he was feeling yet he showed up by 7:45am, and went in a few times on his ONLY DAY OFF, just to ensure he carried out all additional paperwork’s required and prepped my car in the early hours of the morning and even turned up on my day of collection super early to ensure he had washed another car for another customer. Work ethic and genuine salesmanship is very rare to come by in todays society, so it is important to be recognised where there is a consistent pattern as the normal standard. Thank you ever so much Adi for such an amazing and great car purchasing experience! May God bless your hard work! Adi is an asset to the company. Nissan please keep him with you and honour the great level of service he provides his customers consistently, because genuine people like him are hard to come by.

    Service Mot was only a few hours as I’d be told I appreciate that. The only thing I wish they’d have cleaned the green type moss building up slightly at the bottom of the windows. Apart from that happy enough.
