    On our handover the agent seemed stressed he told us he had 7 handovers and the valet hadn't come to work my carer/daughter .and I had cleaned all the car and filled it with 25 pounds of fuel and he told me he had to have 25 pounds to be paid as Well as the 200 down-payment he asked us to rate him above a 2 star and we were obliged to do it there and then on our 1st visit we told agent we had lost one of the hyudai keys and he said don't worry about that so long as we brought the car back in good condition so hyudai had been cleaned had 25 pounds in the tank and only 20.000 miles on the clock yet I lost my 600 good condition car payment because they were going to penalise me for the lost key

    From my initial visit to look at cars to going back to order it, Simon ensured my mobility needs were met. He took into consideration how much I will use the car and offered advice on the car spec I was looking at. There was no pressure to pay a larger advance payment for a higher spec, which was appreciated. The car arrived very quickly and collection arranged promptly.

    Mark took care of getting everything sorted on collection. He explained everything included in the scheme and took us through the various controls within the car, including the lumbar support on the driver's seat to cater for my mobility issues. Prior to leaving he double checked everything was ok and advised us to contact him if we had any further queries. I also received a follow up message a couple of days later.

    The whole process from start to finish was excellent and the customer service from both Simon and Mark was first class with nothing being too much bother which, as an anxious person, was very reassuring. I'd highly recommend D. M. Keith Kia Leeds to others.
