    Our experience has been very poor from day 1 was never asked to have a look/ test drive ect felt rushed, poor communication throughout, on agreed day and time on picking up the new the car, the car was not ready, was sent away for an hour then on returning it was still not ready so was sent home in old car ( little petrol so put in £20) knowing we would have several miles to go and a guy having to return it back to the dealership it was agreed that the new car would be with us in next couple of hours,unfortunately I had to ring up the office(4.45pm) because my son was due at work and didn't want the dealer have to wait at our home address, to be told a lie. the dealer said for all inconvenience he would put in some fuel (full tank) which again didn't happen as the following morning we put in £65 still not sure if it has full tank because the dealer never went over things ie controls ect in all we have had the worst experience
