    Customer service was absolutely shocking.
    No help from staff and when he did he was in pain with painkillers on the desk which is very VERY unprofessional!
    I will not be visiting your store again..

    This is our second car we have purchased from Renault rotherham can honestly say we purchased our car from a lady called sue who also did the handover on our first car I can highly recommend having dealings with sue she is polite and very helpful great customer service from this lady 😀

    Bit of an hectic day for all the staff but was very pleased with the service I received, the guy doing Motorbility needs to brush up on what adaptations can be fitted but Dan got through it lol

    Great service from start to finish
    We were looked after and very well informed but with no pressure at all. We had so much help choosing a car and we were kept up to date all the time. My wife is disabled and they were very helpful and patient with her. I would reccomend this showroom to anyone looking for a car or expert advise. Dan was amazingly helpful.
