    It was fine but would’ve given five stars if courtesy car was automatic, it was fortunate for me that my husband came with me as my disability prevented me from using gear shift. Only found out when we arrived at VW service centre, they knew I needed an automatic but nothing was said about them not having one.

    Really pleased with the customer service from start to finish. Carl was great and kept me updated throughout. Unfortunately Carl was on annual leave when we collected the car so i think it was Richard who did the handover and he was also very pleasant. Would highly recommend Des Winks.
