    When i have full evidence i will be in touch with head office . I definitely will never return to pentagon for anything . When we went to collect the car the sales person asked for our old keys and i replied but ive not seen the new car yet and motorbility says check new car 1st . The sales person replied well ive already took your old car of lease .we broke down on the way home I last rang pentagon 3 times and asked for a call back but everytime get told there busy but will ring back week later still nothing and now im without a car as its been classed as unsafe to drive i did ring customer care team and head office but 48 hour later no reply hence review
