    All questions answered the car even though an alternative is great.
    Was kept in the loop while in the waiting process
    Easy collection very knowledgeable staff, lovely coffee at the dealership to.

    It was easy to book the car into the Service Dept. The car was collected and returned - cleaned outside and inside. Service completed and test passed - all with no problems. Everyone was polite, helpful and efficient.

    Great service when I got it.
    Unfortunately I booked this 3 months in advance so I would get a collect and return. 3 days be before due a got a call and was told I had not booked this. Was told I had not gone through the garage. This is impossible as all call are directed through a call centre.
    Luckily there was still a week to arrange service and MOT.
    No problem with work carried out just very disappointed that it had to be arranged again at short notice and no fault of mine
