    Can't fault the service. The car was collected, the work was completed and it was returned back quickly. It was also cleaned and vacuumed. Excellent service.

    Disgusting service! The front off house service department lied about my car been washed vacuumed and on the ramps when I called for a progress update, I attended the dealership a few hours later to see my car was in the same exact space I’d left it, not washed and the work not started. The service department then hounded me to give a good review!

    A month later my car was recovered to river side Volvo, during the last service they not re-fitted the oil plug, my car run dry off oil, breaking down, again the service department where rude and dismissive, I didn’t get an apology - AND even though they’d had my car 5 days it wasn’t washed when they gave me the keys - no apology either.

    I’d like a response to this!
