Is this normal to mess people around. When I first filled this in, I praised everything about our visit to your showroom. I filled this panel in saying that I had a wonderful experience with your company and gave your company & staff the thumbs up 👍 and after what I’d wrote down made you stand out from all the other companies and then I sent to your company through this box. After I’d sent it back to you I got another one asking me about my experience at your company and then I couldn’t be bothered to fill it all in again so I left it as 5 star ⭐ and commented it with thank. Then someone rung my wife to let her know that the colour of the car was different to what we thought 💭 we was getting & then a day or two later someone called us from your garage telling us that the car what we thought we was going to get told us that that’s not going to happen now. So I told the wife that we should have gone with a different garage for our mobility car but my son had his heart set on the Škoda car.
