    Been to skoda twice in last 3 weeks. 1 needed a oil change which took 6 hours to do then to tell me that I need brakes front and back an need to bring it back the following week for the brake pads which a can not see why I need 2 appointments 3 days before Xmas to be left with out a car for 2 full days is not great

    Staff nice and polite. Young man I dealt with previously was on day off but the young lady who took my order was polite and courteous at all times
