    Dropped the car off at 8:30am received the phone call to collect it at 3pm….

    They also washed and valeted the car

    A little disappointed in all honesty as I was sat for 2 hours in the dealership without a drink, there were no cups for coffee or tea, no cold drinks and no water.
    I was also annoyed as I arrived at cars2 with a nice clean washed car and was told that they had washed my car which i thought was a bonus only to find out when I got back to the car that it looked shocking. It was covered in water drop spots where they had just used the jet was on it and left all the water to dry. I was thirsty and ready for home so I took it to the car wash later that day.
    The mechanic also left his mucky foot papers in the car also.

    I could not thank Lewis Sam and there manager enough (Harrison) for young lads they go above and beyond to help you and make sure your comfortable I’m hard of hearing and have autism and they dealt with me in a calm professional manor which you don’t see very often these days I would 1000% recommend them and the garage brilliant service
