    Jacob who dealt with me has been brilliant throughout. Really thorough, made sure I was 100% happy & made sure I had a good look over the car before applying.

    He offered both me and my partner drinks immediately, he clearly explained everything that needed to be explained and was very helpful with any questions we had.

    I can’t remember the other man’s name, but there was another man who popped past (I think his shift just ended) and he was also really helpful too.
