    TOTALLY AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED,

    IF THEY CAN SELL A DISABLED PERSON FAULTY VEHICLE THEN THERE CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING POSSIBLE,NOT TO BE TRUSTED,NOW WON'T ANSWER MY CALLS OR EMAILS, LEFT LOADS OF MESSAGES WITH RECEPTION STAFF ASKING FOR A CALL BACK MANY OF TIMES NOTHING SO FAR BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW, I'VE TAKEN MATTERS WITH MOTABILITY NOW HOPING THEY CAN SORT OUT, I HAVE A FULLY ELECTRIC VEHICLE WHICH IS ONLY 20 DAYS OLD WON'T CHARGE AND CAN'T USE IT SO LEFT WITHOUT A VEHICLE THAT I NEED ON DAILY BASIS HOW SAD,PLEASE AVOID ALL AUDIS NOT A GOOD RECOMENDATION, BAD EXPERIENCE HERE WITH THEM,OTHER GOOD REALIABL BRANDS OUT THERE BUT NOT AUDI, MY BIGGEST MISTAKE PLUS THE YORK DEALERSHIP HAS GOT TO THE WORSE,I'LL BE LEAVING FEEDBACK ON EVERY PLATFORM POSSIBLE,WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH MAIN AUDI HEAD OFFICE TOO,TO LOG A COMPLIANT, SALES PERSON PAUL JOHNSON VERY GOOD GUY WHEN SELLING YOU A VEHICLE ONCE SOLD THAT VERY GOOD TURNS TOO VERY SAD WATCH OUT FOR HIM AND MARK MY WORDS,

    Fantastic Tom Meeke was my main point of call for any help he was always available. No question was too big or small from start to finish he was great.     None of the issues I took my car in for got fixed. I paid £30 in taxi fare to leave my car there for the day. It came back with more issues than it went in with and weren’t fixed and when I complained, I was promised a call back the next morning to look at what cover I got from motability in terms of getting it fixed etc and had no contact at all
