    I have been on the scheme for a while now and have used DM Keith York before, I have always found them to be very polite and pleasant to deal with, Igor and Rachel couldn't be more helpful. When I went for a test drive with Danny, he and my husband lifted my wheelchair into the boot to make sure it would fit (larger wheelchair). Although there was a longer lead time for my car this time(shows how popular they are) I was kept up to date of when the build was supposed to be and when it arrived at the docks and when it was going to Able to Enable to have the hoist etc fitted. Igor made sure our phones were connected to the radio system and the My Skoda app before we left and that the adaptations all worked for me, even the receptionist was super nice and insisted we have a drink whilst we finished the paperwork, as we were leaving we were thanked by the manager Rachel and Igor for our custom, we have his card and were told any queries don't hesitate to get in touch. the people we dealt with are a credit to DM Keiths York and I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a vehicle.

    Andrew was fabulous he was so helpful and friendly, we were very excited to pick up our car as we had not expected it for at least another couple of months and Andrew picked up on how excited we were and was just as excited for us he matched our vibe perfectly and we could not have asked for anything better. We have had cars from other dealers and have never experienced this level of customer service.

    Great customer service from both the people we spoke to. Chose my new car. They were really helpful in advice about adaptations that will help me get my independence back. Knowledgeable, welcoming and practical. For me, a dealership relationship is key. I would only get a car from a dealership I thought I could develop a great relationship with. The fact that we placed an order yesterday on our first visit says it all.
