You simply use your allowance to lease the scooter or powered wheelchair of your choice from a wide range of makes and models. The price of every lease includes insurance, breakdown and maintenance.

In 2022 Access Able Bristol achieved a Motability Dealer Award for Customer Service. That means we were one of the top 5 dealers nationally in the small dealer category. This underlines that our award-winning team has a deep understanding of the Scheme and how to deliver the best service to Motability customers. Access Able have been Motability dealers since 2011. We have 4 staff members who are trained Motability Specialists so, if you call into our shop at any time you are certain to be able to speak to someone who can explain the scheme to you When you contact us, we'll talk to you about your needs and make sure the product you choose is right for you throughout the lease. We'll give you a demonstration and, if you choose to place an application, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. If you have difficulty getting to us then please phone or email. We can discuss your needs and arrange a no obligation home visit. We will bring a scooter or a powerchair for you to try out. If you choose to go ahead with the scheme and choose Access Able to be your dealer you will be assured of excellent service and the assurance and peace of mind to know that our Engineers are on call 7 days a week, in and out of our 8.30 till 5.00 shop hours to look after you should you have a problem.
Motability Dealer Awards Winner
Every year, the Motability Scheme awards powered wheelchair and scooter dealerships who have achieved a particularly high standard of customer service. Scheme customers, new and existing, are contacted on a random basis to ask for feedback on their experience and from this, awards are given out in three categories according to the size of their operation.

Scooter
We offer a range of mobility scooters from small, easy to transport models to sturdier, road legal models for longer distances. Scooters are suitable if you can travel relatively independently, get on and off easily and can use a bicycle-style steering column with both hands.
Powered Wheelchairs
Our powered wheelchairs come fitted with standard seats and controls, plus the option of adaptations or accessories. A powered wheelchair supports those needing mobility assistance, those less confident getting on or off seats or who can only operate joystick controls.
