    Dave Cooper-Fowkes exceeded all expectations from our first meeting, to the vehicle being handed over to me to drive away. Nothing was ever too much trouble; everything clearly explained and no question was considered 'silly.' Customer service exceeded the number of stars you allowed me to award. I was guided throughout the whole process, I knew what would happen next and when. Excellent Customer Service all round, leaving me feeling confident as I drove away from the showroom. The bow on the car on collection day was a nice touch too.
