    I am really pleased with my new car, a Honda ZR-V, it is so lovely. Matt was helpful at handover explaining just enough details of the car to get me off the forecourt safely. I didn’t want more explaining as I like to play with my new car to find out its features, it’s more exciting. Being Deaf the team at Chesterfield adapted their communication with me to suit. It is only the second time in my life and of being Deaf a car sales team have adapted to my needs, so that’s saying something!! I was really anxious at making another purchase and going through the MB process again since cancelling an order with Skoda. I get worried about communication and if I will understand what is told to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to make a personal purchase from the team at Honda. And, indeed if the forthcoming changes to PIP mean I am not provided with a MB car I will certainly return to Honda, Chesterfield to discuss the purchase of my car or another. Really enjoyable experience and so pleased with my ZR-V. Thank you.

    Really nice team to make a Honda purchase with. I am profoundly Deaf and lip-read everything that is said to me. Right from the word go Dan and Matt made adaptions to the way they communicated with me which helped me understand the process. I was interested in the Honda ZR-V, Matt took the time to give me a tour of the car, a test drive and explain the workings of it. He helped me cancel my previous order with Motability and to place one for the ZR-V. It’s the first time in 58 years of my life and in buying new cars sales staff have made the effort to adapt to my hearing needs. Really pleased I cancelled my other order and moved to Honda Chesterfield.

    im was very happy how matt worked and explained everything after goin to honda in mansfield and wasnt happy at all with there service chesterfield honda was very good there staff was very helpin in everything i nded until he phone sayin the colour id believed id ordered he hadnt got it so had to go 4 a different volour

    As always the staff go the extra mile to make sure everything is OK and go through the handover and make it simple but clear, all staff are very pleasant and polite and helpful a special thanks to Dan Rose whom I've got to know very well over the years
    May i just add, it's not only the sales team I deal with it's the service team also they need some recognition because they never fail to be helpful and respectful
