    Service was great however the complimentary valet was awful. The last twice my car came in for problems it was not washed or hoovered etc. this time I politely asked if it could be done it was hoovered on top of the mats but not underneath where all the bits collect it was not polished inside either. I took pictures as it was so bad.

    Very poor experience. Some of the items listed on the inspection list were incomplete due to Stratstone Derby not having the required tools, which I find disappointing. As a dealership you should have the necessary tools to do the job.

    In addition to the above, when my car was returned, it was covered in mud and dirt from the inside even though I was told I had been given a complimentary wash and clean. The windows were also covered in dust!
