    It is a nightmare every time. From trying to get through to someone to book in the car, to dropping off and picking up the car. I want to turn up handover my car, pickup the loan car and go. Then get a call or message to advise when my car will be ready so I know when to come back exchange the car's and go. However you seem more interested in me having a drink, while I sit staring at your service desk, I don't want to be there long enough to have a drink. You're a premium brand with awful customer service.

    The service was a very pleasant experience from the staff and very professional. All the staff especially Jessica who handled our visit could not do enough. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected and valeted. The best customer care we have had from BMW in the last 5 years. Highly recommended.

    Very little to no communication. Had to call to check if my car was ready and they advised me yes you have 15mins before we close and was not provided with a loan car as they never had any available but we’re happy to try and keep the vehicle over night to do extra work on it.
